I finally crossed this one off my TBR list! 𝘖𝘬𝘢𝘺, 𝘊𝘶𝘱𝘪𝘥 by Mason Deaver is such an adorable read. I truly enjoyed the story from beginning to end. Jude is such a sweetheart, and I felt sad that their role as a cupid prevented them from being able to love. I love how the entire storyline revolves around them helping two friends transition from friendship to romance, even though that’s not what they truly wanted. Overall, the story is just cute! I honestly wish I could learn more about the whole cupid concept, as well as what happens with our friend Jude.

This was a fantastic read! "Cinema Love" has been on my TBR list for several months, so when it was time to select a book for this month’s book club, I decided to go with this one. I was not disappointed. Although I occasionally struggled to keep up with the changes in point of view, it didn't detract from the overall experience of the novel. Jiaming's writing was exceptional, and I look forward to reading more from him in the future. The book offers a captivating exploration of gay men in rural China and the women who marry them.
