Oh. Em. Gee. This is seriously one of the best fall reads! Aster & Serena are the perfectly imperfect duo. The characters are described perfectly & make you feel all the feels! Also, I want a bar that has books! Where can I find one of those?! This book is very 🌶️ spicy. Whew! And um… chapter 24, WHAT?! Hellooooo plot twist!! I ended this book kicking my feet & screaming NO!! I didn’t want it to end! I am so grateful that I was entrusted to read this beautifully written masterpiece. Thank you Katelynn for sharing with me!

John Marrs is a plot twist king, and this book is no different. The characters were easy to develop feelings towards. Katherine was easy sympathize with. Her husband, Simon, was easy to hate. As a USA resident, the audiobook helps really put you in their lives.

“I’ll wait forever if I have to.”
It’s September 7th. This paranormal romance was just what I needed!
I so loved how this book was set up. The ending just brings back the beginning! I’m definitely going to have to re-read it now so I can see every foreshadowing moment! Aiden is the perfect bad boy that cares perfectly for Kayla. He’s tough, yet soft. The clues were so light that they were practically unnoticeable. The ex, Michael, was definitely portrayed differently by Kayla at beginning, to the sick, twisted “genius” he turns out to be.
