"But racism never dies; it adapts."

It is a very insightful and thought provoking book. I am glad that I read it and it is something that I will keep reading so that I can learn and do better now and in the future.

This was a re-read for me since it is for a book club that I am a part of.

While there were many things that stood out to me, probably the same ones from the first time, it felt different. I don't know if that is because I am thirty years old instead of my teens or early twenties. Although it is something that anyone can read, it felt like the intended demographic is girls/women in their mid-late teens and early twenties.
