This was a lovely story and was written very nicely however for me it moved a bit slow and found myself having a hard time getting into.

This book is the companion Novel to The Cheat Sheet and I absolutely loved it.  I def enjoyed this one more than The Cheat Sheet.

This story follows Derek and NFL Player who is fighting for his career after a serious ankle injury  and Nora a sports agent who is trying to prove herself in a “man’s world” and scores her first big client.

This is a slow burn second chance romance mixed in with a not so fake marriage, forced proximity, and grumpy sunshine.

The FMC Nora is so annoying cute. I love her energy and her quirkiness. It just works.  The MMC Derek is a sexy but sensitive star football player.

The chemistry between these two is undeniable and I absolutely love the way the story unfolded.

Thank you so much to NetGalley & Random House Publishing Group - Ballantine for the early copy of this book for review!  It was a dream to be able to review this!!
