Such a beautiful story! It felt a little long in places, but it’s been a long time since I enjoyed a story as much as this one!

I definitely enjoyed this book, but it unfortunately didn’t keep me captivated the whole time, and I greatly dislike a third act miscommunication. All in all though, it was a cute story and Bessie Carter was a great narrator!

I loved this book for many reasons, yet I have trouble putting them into words. I loved that this was a sweet and contemporary romance, but the romance wasn’t necessarily the main plot point. It was a forced proximity trope, but focused on friendship before attraction. It dealt with heavy themes respectfully and tactfully. It felt real to me and not just a word of fiction.

This was the perfect cozy read. Easily one of my faves of the year! I laughed, I cried. It was such a beautiful and sweet story.

I loved this! It was creative and funny. There was so much going on, but I didn’t find that it took away from the story at all. I really didn’t see the ending coming, and I am so excited for the next book!

Loved it! Phone is sweet and sassy and West is a charming reformed rake. They’re just the sweetest.

I really loved Garrett! As much as I enjoyed this story, it didn’t grip me the same way the others have.
