I felt all the feelings. Gang wars, politics, lies and intrigue with characters that felt so real and flawed you can’t help but hope for them. Book two of the Greenbone Saga was just as tense and amazing as book one. More so even since we have come to know these characters well.
Shae continues to be my favorite character. Strong, smart, and stubborn but also feminine, don’t ask me how Fonda Lee was able to manage that powerhouse personality. Hilo and I are still fighting, he knows what he did.
