You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life, by Jen Sincero

VERY MUCH a primer on privilege. I absolutely loathed the sections on money/finance. It also had a very similar anecdote to The Secret - just thinking of the perfect parking spot and it will magically appear! - that my family and I have made fun of for YEARS. Her comments about mental health and people with depression "seeking attention" were gross to me as well.
However, I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because I always need some generic "love yourself/believe yourself/having positive thinking and concrete goals in mind" reinforcement and I do think there's some truth to those principles.
