I thoroughly enjoyed the book and I never wanted to put it down. The twists were great and I was also emotionally invested. I wish I could say more, but I read this a long while ago, so it’s hard to remember everything

When I read this, I really enjoyed it. Then I went and read some other opinions and they had some good points about how poorly the female characters are written. It was also brought to my attention  that the author changed something from the original mythology that she really shouldn’t have. She had the princess do something to Achilles that in the original, Achilles did to her. Hearing all of these things, I have complicated feelings toward this book 😭

I read this last year and it was interesting at first. It was so bad that I couldn’t look away. Then it got repetitive. By the end, I felt like there was no point to the book. I don’t understand why people like it so much.
