I enjoyed Reese, Cam, Braden & Landon. This why choose hockey romance story revolves around these 4 young college students and their growth both as adults and as a polycule. Kris did such an amazing job capturing the intricacies of being a young nonbinary hockey player as well as the difficulties of getting into a group style relationship. It was a good read, with emotional moments, spicy moments, romantic moments, and funny moments, one that I enjoyed thoroughly.

I don't know how Fanny does it but this series is getting better and better with each book. The connection I've felt to these characters is insane! These men are infuriating and lovable all at the same time and this book made me feel every emotion under the sun. Their story is hot and sexy, just as much as it is tragic and difficult. Every one of these characters has been through so much but this time Cora and Breaker truly pulled at my heartstrings. Seeing the abuse they went through honestly made me cry. And Deli... her growth has been exponential and I can't wait to see the person she becomes in the next book. I can't get enough of this series and these characters.

I listened to the audiobook version of this book and OMG I loved every moment of it. I had started and stopped so many books cause nothing felt right, but then I started Face Off and it was just what my soul needed. Who doesn't love a hockey playboy that falls first, with an adorable puppy he adopted when he found it on the street, and who secretly helps people without taking any credit for it. What's not to love? Lucas is just deliciously perfect. Rory had no chance and even with her fear of feelings and love, it was bound to happen. The narration by Aaron Shedlock and Emma Wilder was exquisite! Aaron did a great job and Emma is just perfection in this role. Kept me engaged the whole way through. This is one hockey romance I'd definitely recommend.

I liked this story because it was a different take in an omegaverse setting. I liked that Verity is a weaker alpha but growing into her designation and embracing it with Jonas' help. I also really enjoyed Mercy. The pack dynamic is interesting and the spice is great. The story is a little bit on the longer side and there's a lot going all at once ending in a cliffhanger that leaves you begging for answers.

I read Toxic Bit#h by Cassie Lein as part of this anthology. This story was so good. Indigo and Malik complement each other so well. Indigo is a vigilante, with a taste for blood and Malik is a sweet man who's been rejected so many times. A woman giving Malik the wrong number ends up being one lucky hit. I love how they become friends first over the phone and texts before coming together. I'd love to see where this story takes these characters.

I listened to the audiobook version of this book. I really enjoyed the relationship development between Kourtney, Jason, and Celeste. I really liked seeing the hesitancy Celeste showed in joining the relationship and ruining their friendship. It gave the story that touch of reality that it needed. I also loved to see the rest of the team's reaction to the situation and how they helped Jason when he needed them most. Kourtney's fear of her parent's reaction to her relationship also made this story more real in my opinion. The spice was amazing, and the narration by Amy Hall, Marie Hawkins, and Ash Beverly was amazing. They did a great job in bringing their characters to life. Definitely enjoyed this one.

This book hit me in all the feels. I love a book that will give me a good cry, but I have to be in the mood for the catharsis that comes with it. I was certainly not prepared for how much this book made me feel. I found myself having to stop for a good cry over and over. Maybe I just identified with these two way too much but the realness and the rawness of these character's hurdles really dug deep. Dani did an amazing job at bringing these characters to life and to make them feel real and relatable. Definitely a strongly emotional read, full of second chances, romance, deep love, family, spice, and hockey. Cannot recommend this one enough.

I listened to the audiobook version of this story. This was a good postapocalyptic story. The romance between Dani and Maverick reminded me of Fifty First Dates but adding the end of the world due to corporate greed. Maverick was funny and sweet, making his wife fall in love with him every day while taking care of her and their little group. The story is full of mystery and it made me suspicious of everyone around Dani. The only negative I will say is that I wasn't a fan of the females in this story. Dani caused the end of the world but doesn't seem devastated by it, at least not as much as she should, Ari is mean as heck so I don't like her personality, and Raquel... well you'd have to read it to see what I don't like about her. They guys I really enjoyed, their personalities, their protectiveness, they were great. The narration was a little too dramatic for my taste but it wasn't terrible.  Regardless, it's a good story but it does end in a cliffhanger so be aware.

Axes & O's was definitely a fun and hot read! Fox, Morgan and Nathan have such a hot chemistry together. I love Fox's dominant side, Morgan's switch tendencies and Nathan's self discovery journey. Loved the spicy scenes just as much as the emotional connection between all 3 characters. If you are looking for a plot heavy book, this may not be it, but if you are looking for a fun, spicy, kinky read then you've come to the right place.

Oh Mina, Mina, Mina!!! I had a feeling about you and I was right! I love it when my instincts are right about characters from the very beginning. I love me a good story with a strong FMC and Mina is definitely a strong one. I love how protective the guys are of her even though she probably doesn't need it. A little spice, a little revenge, plot twists and turns, and lots of action. Can't wait to see where the story goes next.
