This book is so amazing. Ashley Poston delivered a novel with adorable, heartfelt moments, funny interactions, relatability, and all while conveying raw emotions. She was able to write about the humanity in not being perfect,  not knowing what to do next, and showing how true loved ones will always support and love you through the various changes in life.

Reminds me of a classic rags to riches, but Jennifer Lynn Barnes executes this trope so perfectly, and made Avery such a great FML. The plot was intereating too, and I loved the twists.

I loved loved loved the interesting mix of fantasy and murder mystery in this book! Adalyn Grace not only crafted a plot filled with many twists, but also did an amazing job with the character development. The chemistry between the main characters was perfect.
