The book is not as funny as the first book. Even though it is enjoyable and it harder to predict what will happen next than the first book of the series it has some parts that do not make the characters realistic for example an important character from the book may have died and the author didn't mention commented anything about the death .The end is very nice and shocking!

The book is very interesting because the plot is inspired from the Ancient Greek myths but it is presented in a modern version that makes it very fresh. But the book has some flaws the world-building in this book doesn't exist. The author doesn't spend any time building his world so that the reader can be attached to it. The book has a very fast pace and sometimes some events are not mentioned in detail. He could have cut down in adventures and spend more time in world building and in details.

It is a great book inapired by the Greek Mythology (Homer's iliada). The main theme of the book is the romance between Achilles and Patroclus. I would like Patroclus to be a good warrior from the beggining of the book.He can be a good warrior and also be kindhearted, modest, and honest. I understand that the author wanted to make Patroclus death important and emphasize his heroic spirit and his sucriface for Achilles' legacy but it is not realistic how Patroclus became ao good without training in his last moments...
