this book was a good summer read but i did expect more from it due to it being so hyped up. i loved the characters and all the trips they went on but i just don’t have any good nor bad qualities to pick up on therefore making it just an average book for me. hopefully i enjoy another one of emily’s books more than this one cause her writing style i liked! x

oh. my. god. shit got so real in this. I LITERALLY COULD NOT PUT THIS BOOK DOWN. it was so good and i’m so annoyed it took me so long to get round to reading it. i need a third book asap. the ending was so crazy and the plot twists through the book?! amazing i don’t know how leigh can come up with these all the time! nikolai and zoya have my heart i love them so much. i’m glad nina is happy again but her and matthias will always be my fav (sorry hanne).

oh my god. the first taylor jenkins reid book i’ve read and no wonder people rave about her. ITS INCREDIBLE! everything about this book was amazing, the style of interview?! writing, characters, the setting of a rock band in hands down the best time period ever?! like come on. i wish i was apart of daisy jones and the six.
Spoiler the end when camila had died no stop i was tearing up. also the fact of them being older now looking back on them says makes me so sad. i wish i could experience things like that. maybe not the bad stuff but being in the 70s etc in a band like IMAGINE!

it took me longer then usual to read this book but that’s due to exam season (ew) but yesterday i had a break from revision and i just couldn’t put this book down. i read most of it then and oh my god. it was amazing. the constant plot twists, characters introduced, the settings and places you get to explore is just amazing. yet another reason why fantasy books are my fav! <3
Spoileri loved azad and then when he just changed into her literal like worst nightmare since childhood… bro omg it was crazy! and when her mum told her the reason why she was cursed in the first place?! we also can’t forget the fact she basically ends up with parvaneh!! so many plot twists i loved it

really funny short feminist takes on classic tales, rhymes and myths etc. it slayed. i do wish it was longer and more then just two lines for each page. the illustrations were funny and i liked the art style
