Some really amazing insights from this book. I've written some quotes from this book down as it's given a new perspective on a few topics. 

This book really struggles with the page formatting. Sentences are interrupted by a activity or exercise. I'm not sure why it doesn't fit it in after the entire paragraph. 

Overall, some helpful insights, but difficult to read (format) and some part of Fearne's experiences didn't align with my experiences as of yet.

I enjoyed this short but informative book! Has exercises to journal to and really give you hope as someone who struggles with social anxiety. It give in-depth examples of how your beliefs form throughout your experiences and how to put them in perspective! I will be looking at what other books they have written.
