Did not finish book. Stopped at 50%.

The MMC was a total jerk and was not redeeming his behavior. He was totally against FMC job and would repeatedly state that her job is immoral. Not to mention he was a complete a$$ the entire time.

I wasn’t a fan of the writing in the first place. I continued because I liked the trope. After sleeping together once suddenly he was taking her home to meet his parents the next day. Plot holes and moving too fast

The MMC was very pushy about the FMC opening up about her past (low key toxic) and then shut down when she asked him to reciprocate. MMC acts like an emotionally immature chimp most of the time.

I ate this book up! Great plot and even though it’s not spicy the banter is to die for

This book is really well written especially with the characters pasts, but I can’t get over the awful thing that happened during the black moment. NEVER would have forgiven him.
