if u wanna read this because of the movie, just be prepared that the book is nothing like the movie. or the movie is nothing like the book. 
i personally havent seen the movie yet, but read the book, and i can say that the story doesnt really go anywhere. theres no character development, no change of ways, nothing. the ending was rushed and stupid. but i guess its a nice book if u want to read something different.
(timothee looks hot in the movie tho)
