Into the Drowning Deep by Mira Grant

I read the short story first and it was a really slow read.  I'd go back to it but I needed something different at the moment

Loved the concept and idea of the stories and characters but the prose and wording used a lot of the time pissed me off and made it annoying to read. I wanted to love this book but it isn't for me
