quite sad and dark but i did think the plot and dialogue were pretty cliche and banal.

just another emotional post-apocalyptic vague world where 2 main characters only have each to survive. heard it a million times and seen the ending a million times

my first agatha christie book and i enjoyed it. simple and basic but very entertaining and easy to follow. considering the time period in which this book was written it was very impressive.

I resonated with the fact that I grew up as a poor Latino-American in a big city while I read this book.

It wasn't exactly that memorable but I think it was very sweet and easy to read. Poem proses are not my cup of tea though.

extra pretentious (and pacifist) young sheldon being brought upon the burden of having to save earth from aliens just bc he's like really smart.

Overall, this book was very well-written and had a lot of strong points but personally, I wasn't too into the militaristic/political aspect of it (i yawned at some parts) I still think Ender's Game is worth a sci-fi read.

scary but at the same time Atwood did an amazing job on writing a beautiful and sad prose.
This is an important book that everyone should read no matter what your political stances are.
