This book is in desperate need of an editor, there are grammatical and syntax issues, it's very unclear at points, and there are strange asides to make bad arguments to points unrelated to what's going on in the text. Would not recommend, would like a refund for my rental. An awful introduction to criminal justice, and embarrassing that this is used in classrooms.
