My higher rating of this book is due, in large part, to chapter dedicated to the Southern Territory. That was some of the best story telling I have ever read and is what a dystopian novel should be, in my opinion.

This book does what it needs to do and nothing more. Is it a fun read? I guess. It is serviceable.
