This was a very informative and reflective book. It really makes you think about your own gender and sexuality, even if you are straight and cisgender. As a cisgender woman who has never really known many nonbinary people, this book provides so much clarity to the feelings and troubles nonbinary people go through from childhood to adulthood. I feel like this book would make people more empathetic, and I would recommend anyone to read this.
Took me a while to get through, but it’s a fun book! I just felt like the main conflict of university wasn’t as compelling as the previous books, and it was a bit more predictable. I’m excited for volume 6, though!
I finished this book in one day after months of being in a reading slump. It was so heartwarming yet emotional and deep. The romance is not the center of the plot, but it was still given a good amount of time and care. The couple also had a great dynamic and the chemistry was palpable. The main characters are all funny, unique, and loveable. There were actually a couple fun twists in the plot, which I adored. It’s all very British and I loved it.
It was good, it was cute. It wasn’t the best book I’ve ever read, nor was it the best romance I’ve ever read (I prefer the Brown Sisters books), but I felt compelled to see how it ended. Brad and Celine were great, but the other characters were a bit boring. Not much else to say other than it was just a cute romance.
This was an exciting read from beginning to end, and that ending was AMAZING. I couldn’t put it down and finished it in one day. Took me out of a reading slump for sure. Constantly kept me guessing who it was gonna be. The only thing I didn’t really like was some of the dialogue (but that’s just me, it’s typical YA stuff) and I can’t say I got super attached to any of the characters.
I’m not sure if I like this book more than the other two, but this one was still enjoyable! I didn’t really ever like the new character in this book, and the plot seemed a bit more bizarre, but overall still a fun read. The end was great.
Like the first book, this book was a blast. I loved the little romantic buildup in this book along with the mystery. If you liked the first book, you will like this one.
This may not be the best piece of literature ever written, but it is so much fun. Very much like the movie Knives Out in the best way possible. So entertaining from start to finish, I could not put it down.
This was a nice, light read. Nothing special. It was a bit slow at times, but it sped up towards the end. The characters were nice, I’m not sure if I will remember them. I liked how the chapters were set up by going through past years.
I put this book off for months because I absolutely hated Nesta, but I love her after this book! She has so much growth, and once you get into it and her story, it’s hard to put down.
