Less informative than the average Cosmo but perhaps more sex positive than other stuff written in 2005. Had to stop reading after he insisted women owed their husbands sexual favors post-childbirth or they were destined for divorce and would destroy their new family.

The book has a decent enough ending but the first 80% was a total slog. This protagonist makes no sense, using Freud on patients in days of laptops. This book felt like the perspective was that of a patriarchal asylum attendant in Victorian England, not a modern man in the UK.
