 In brief, a classic from 20 years ago, alpha male and damsel in distress, but the weight of years is clear.

 I really don't see any need to end every book on a cliffhanger, it's pretty mean to loyal readers like me. At this point it would be more useful to wait for the end of an ARC (because I really don't see any intention on the part of the author to end the series) than to always remaining hang like this....

Io davvero non vedo nessun bisogno di finire ogni libro in un cliffhanger, é piuttosto cattivo nei confronti dei fedeli lettori come me. A questo punto sarebbe piú utile attendere la fine di una ARC (perché di finire la serie non mi sembra che ci sia nessuna intenzione da parte dell'autrice) che rimanere sempre cosí appesi....

I had fallen slightly behind in this series, which, if at first it was a bad copy of J.D.Robb's (aka Nora Roberts) In death series, has now taken its own completely different path. By now I have grown fond of Nick and Sam so, no matter how unbelievable the life of this lieutenant who is also FLOTUS remains, I always enjoy them.

Ero rimasta leggermente indietro in questa serie che, se all'inizio era la brutta copia della In death series di J.D.Robb (aka Nora Roberts), ora ha preso una sua strada completamente diversa. Oramai a Nick e Sam mi sono affezionata quindi, per quanto resti poco credibile la vita di questa liutenent che é anche FLOTUS, mi ci diverto sempre.

 Unfortunately and due to formatting problems it was not easy to read this book, but it was full of very good suggestions (easier to apply with a big house of course) also quite inexpensive.

Purtroppo e per problemi di formattazione non é stato facile leggere questo libro, peró era pieno di ottimi suggerimenti (piú facili da applicare con una casa grande ovviamente) anche piuttosto economici.

Ci stiamo avvicinando anche al finale di questa "seconda serie" che ha luogo nell'isola dei demoni. In questo numero epico abbiamo alcune rivelazioni e la battaglia tra Hio e Ken. Buronson e Tetsuo Hara non deludono mai.

 Tra il 1992 ed il 1993 (come mi ricorda Wikipedia) seguivo il manga Sanctuary di Sho Fumimura e Ryōichi Ikegami su Zero. All'improvviso poi Zero non era piú uscito e il manga si era interrotto. In Giappone lo avevo cercato, ma era troppo caro e soprattutto troppo in giapponese. Ieri sera finalmente ho finito di leggerlo ed é stato come chiudere un cerchio. Tigna é il mio secondo nome anche se grit suona meglio. Buon natale a me.

I was almost sure that this would be the last book in this series, but I guess it won't be. Anyway, this novel leaned more toward mystery than romance, which in fact is lukewarm to say the least.

Ero quasi sicura che questo sarebbe stato l'ultimo libro di questa serie, ma credo non sará cosí. Comunque questo romanzo puntava piú sul giallo che sul romance che infatti é tiepidino a dire tanto.
