I Hope This Finds You Well - Natalie Sue
Another very fun and fast read which I guess I’m very in the mood for as summer rolls in. This is an office drama/romance/comedy all in one, if you’re a corporate ✨girly✨ like me you will definitely get a kick out of this one.
I didn’t expect the romance to be so at the centre of the book which took my enjoyment away a little bit but I thought the anxiety and mental health representation were done in a really good way. The author was able to bring those elements into the novel without making it too heavy or dark but also took them seriously which I liked.
I also laughed out loud several times reading this. This was a fantastic debut with heartwarming characters (except Gregory, ew). I would highly recommend this for a lighthearted summer read! Also emerging Canadian author?! We love to see it 🤩
4/5⭐️ the only reason this gets docked a star is because of the romance being more at the forefront than I anticipated which is totally on me y’all. Otherwise it could have been 5 star potential for me!
