I loved the body horror in this! The many twists and turns kept me into the story. I also enjoyed the chapters that gave us information about the situation like the interviews, newpaper articles and science reports. I would not reccomend to read this as an audiobook because of these chapters though.

I really enjoyed this and it made me squirm, succes!

This book made me fall in love with death, the character of course ;)

This was my first Discworld novel and I plan on reading more, especially about the Death character! Very funny and almost whimsical. I didn't love the romance sub plot of this book but the intersting characters saved it for me!

I would reread this book!

Wow how did Poppy Z Brite make such horrific acts so sensual and romantic?

This was a very fun lighthearted read!

Overall I liked reading the book, but there were some downsides. I did not like the fact that the main character hated on other female characters so badly for female or normal traits. "I'm not like other girls" Another thing that bothered me was the fact that
Elliot was not held accountable for cheating at all and almost made Macey feel bad for not wanting to contact him after seeing him naked in bed with another girl..... DUH!
I also felt super bad for
Sean as Macey was just toying with him after a while. I know he was okay with it but he did not know the full extent of everything going on

Other than these flaws I liked reading this book, I will not re read this book though.

Wow what a book!

I am very glad to have read this, it gets the scarier the longer you think about whats going on and comparing it to our own reality. We are living in the brave new world and not 1984.

I was a bit caught off guard by the introduction of a very important character so far into the story.
John the Savage

The story moved incredibly fast in the last third of the book and I really had to think about the ending for a bit after closing my book!

Reccomended for people that love dystopian novels, even though the brave new world is a Utopia to it's inhabitants ;)
