So glad this book has a high rating despite all the transphobes giving it one star.
As always Jodi Picoult uses her vast knowledge of law and court room drama to deliver a compelling story about love, bees, and identity. There's a wonderful monologue about what it means to be a woman that ends with "we kept coming up with a list of all the thing people use to define women.. until at one point my mother suggested that being a woman, for some people, might mean just not being a man."
