I really didn’t expect this from the book. Snow is a character you didn’t like in the Hunger Games and I’m honestly not sure if I liked him in this book since he was the protagonist? I also expected it to explain how he becomes president which it didn’t. Then I wonder if Lucy Gray has any relation to Katniss considering all of the things that are similar between the two?
