Maybe my favorite book of the series?!? I loved the setting of the lighthouse and the tunnels and I also love how much the kids have to work together to solve the mystery/problem.

Picked this up because it was on some lists of “best of 2023” and I was definitely not the audience for this book. All I can say is, I’m glad I’m not in the “roommate era” anymore. Haha!  Parts if it were entertaining and helped me get an idea of the type of humor and artwork people who love this might like when suggesting other titles to library patrons.

Graphic novel memoir about a young man who gets lost from his on a hike up a mountain and ends up on his own for 9 days. Fascinating and entertaining - it was hard to track this down but I’m glad I did.

An entertaining thriller - but I wasn’t necessarily surprised at the twists. At times it felt like I’d already read this but I think it was just that I’ve read a lot of books with similar twists.

This was the conclusion of the Finlay Donovan series and I'm happy to have read it, but I'm glad the series is done. It was getting a little ridiculous. Entertaining, but ridiculous.

Great second book in the Cara Kennedy series! I can't wait to see what happens next. If you like the rural setting of Alaska and women detectives, you've got to give this series a try. Start with City Under One Roof.

A cozy-ish mystery meets A Man Called Ove... it sounds like a strange combination, but you'll just have to trust me. It was wonderful.
