I was excited to read this but I was unfortunately let down. A very basic horror with surreal imagery and unnecessary, offensive stereotypes of disabled AND black characters. It wanted to be a lot better than it was.

Not the best book ever but certainly a solid one. The ending felt a bit abrupt to me and I probably wouldn't reread but I don't regret reading it.
