pretty intense but kinda ruined because i watched the crashcourse vid before bc i thought i wouldn't finish in time :/ some parts were kind of repetitive and b*ring, but shelley does a great job of bringing her world to life and instilling depth and believability to the story. if i read this when i was younger i would probably be super scared!
