The coziest of cozy fantasies!
A vet for fantastical creatures is brilliant. Tons of different creatures without feeling bogged down, characters to root for and a mystery to boot. Loved it! Well done!

Reminded me of The Cay, Hatchet, and The Island of the Blue Dolphins, except there's plenty of plot before and after the survival events.

I read this for the first time at age 50. I wish I'd read it as a kid. It was just ok for me.
