I love the rebel blue ranch books! They’re absolutely devourable reads. Wes and Ada had such a complex romance and I related heavily to that fall together and pull away and come right back romance. I would’ve liked to have seen more with their sex issues that they talk about together because it’s only mentioned and then it’s never addressed again and we don’t see those things happen again. I also feel like we don’t get enough attention on Wes’ depression, it’s not something that’s explored very much. Overall though the romance was sweet and genuine and the sex scenes were so hot like damn I need me a man like Wes Ryder. Love love love this series and can’t wait for the next one! Lyla Sage is a perfect romance writer.

Cute, easy read. All fluff and smut and reminds me of that Sabrina carpenter song where she sings La La La because her head is empty of anything but her man. The story was fun and the characters were cute and adorable. 🥰

It was okay, it was interesting but not like super engaging for me. I’m a big fan of characters and they all just fell flat to me and there was a lack of buildup or story to it. Like things just happened or were and that was that. I read this to join my local book club at college and I liked the lgbt representation and the idea of a good story is there but it just fell flat for me.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 65%.
It’s so tedious and for everyone saying book three is where it picks up and gets good like I shouldn’t have to struggle through two books to get to the good part! That’s insanity. It’s so boring and dull and just awful.

Probably will pick this back up eventually but ultimately it’s been sitting unread for like months and I’m not going to pick it back up anytime soon.

Barely finished the first one and just couldn’t get into it. I knew it was a weird love it or hate it type book and I’m surprised that I’m on the not loving it side. It’s just kind of confusing tbh and the story is slow for me

I’ve never related so much to two characters but especially Marianne. This book was so simple in concept but had me absolutely in my feels as I watched the characters and their relationship and interactions change and grow and evolve and devolve. The unsure feelings and emotions,
the heartbreak of knowing the love is there but not right.
i absolutely loved and adored this book.
