Pros: cats! A cute comic section. Intertwined short stories.
Cons: a LOT of short stories. Some not as fun or not as interesting or samey.

I loved every single one of these short stories! I think them being from different authors helped, as they all had different styles and voices.

Some nice essays in here for a teens intro to feminist ideas, but a lot of reprinted texts instead of new ones.

All that work. All that work to get Alex out of his system. And he crawls right back to him with 'i miss being your docile'. This was a 5 star read until that point. Ffs. Ruined the book

read this in one evening, which for me at the moment is usually impossible! I was gripped from start to finish. I think it was very realistic, but I was slightly let down by the ending - I'm not a fan of epilogues where it says what happened in the last few years.

I also think trans couples and non-binary couples could have been touched on, and Rosie/Jules needed more friends. Where were their collection of queer pals? Or even straight friends (other than Anthony?)
