I want to give this book a higher rating because I was hooked on the story the whole time and loved the writing style, but I found myself struggling a bit with some of the “feminist” themes; definitely giving a bit of a TERF vibe. Plus the ending didn’t really wrap up in a way that I found satisfying based on the set-up of the characters and their connected timeline. I wish there had been a clearer through line between the generations of the family and maybe a bit more understanding of why they were experiencing this vision.
