I found myself relating so hard to Jet’s dysphoria and
when a complete stranger just validated their want to be a boy
, yeah that was so good and so satisfying.

4.25 stars because it took about 200 pages for stuff to kick off but once it did oh boy! I probably spent a lot of time with this book needing to pause and theorise myself. Despite how long it took me to get through it didn’t disappoint. I think I cried about 3 times reading it.

I wasn’t sure what to expect going into this but I enjoyed it. I also wasn’t expecting for
Charlie to end up stopping William by making the spring locks kill him

Sejanus’ death absolutely ruined me. He didn’t deserve that. Lucy Gray didn’t deserve to be hunted down by Snow either.
