Please, Beckett was so adorable!
The way this big, burly man didn’t start a conversation with Will just because he was scared he wouldn’t know what to say—or worried that Will might not want to talk about his books with him. I can’t 🥹. The whole dynamic that Will and Beckett shared with each other was so incredible, and I loved how Will was just everything that Beckett didn't know that he needed. He truly understood him in a way that no one had in such a long time.

I was honestly worried that most of the story would focus on Henry hating himself, with Reed swooping in to ‘save’ him by helping him lose weight to become a different version of himself. But I’m glad that wasn’t the case. Yes, Reed was Henry’s personal trainer, but he genuinely enjoyed their conversations and laughed along with Henry’s jokes, which was so incredibly sweet. While this is a story about Henry losing weight, it was never about changing who he was inside. I also loved seeing him slowly regain his happiness throughout the book.

Not going to give this a rating because I got about 50% in and still wasn't feeling the storyline

I truly think Rafe is one of the funniest employees Holt has hired for the Goliaths. The way he constantly contemplates whether or not he should quit—solely because everyone he works with now is so extroverted and sooo attractive—really does it for me. And let me say, this man has some of the best comebacks when talking to pretty much everyone. Now Dan… yes, he may seem like a player, but the way he subconsciously remembers the little things that Rafe enjoys just makes me like him so much more.

Okay, I'm usually not one who likes when MC's end up having sexual "lessons," but the way these two did it?? Definitely yummy.
Seb was without a doubt such a gentleman to Larkin, always making sure he was comfortable with whatever they were doing. But at the same time, he was just so perfectly sensual, which made him such a GREAT match for Larkin. Sure, Larkin was a tiny bit dense about realizing his growing feelings for Seb, but honestly, that only added to his adorable charm.
I think maybe about 200 pages in I felt so sad for Seb, because he liked Larkin for so long, and this whole "fuckletics instructor" was really putting such a strain on his heart :(

I loved how much Taylor absolutely loathed his job—he spends the first two chapters just complaining about everything and everyone in his office, and it’s hilarious! Honestly, he’s so much better than me; at that point, I would’ve just said ‘off me’ to escape the job and all the small talk. Then there’s Holt—my first thought was, this is it, he’s going to be the toughest guy in the whole book, all take-charge and everything. But he turned out to be such an awkward, chaotic businessman with a soft spot for Taylor! The plot itself was actually really good, and those side characters? I absolutely can’t wait to see if everyone gets their own book :)

Honestly, Sebastian and Xavier had so many great moments together, and adding Luna to the mix brought an intense dynamic to the book (in a good way). The bond the three of them shared was definitely one of the stronger points, and Luna’s genuine connection with both Xavier and Sebastian might have been one of my favorite things. But seriously, can we have some commotion for Jeri?? Now that’s the definition of a best friend!

Serial Killer x Stalker!
NEED I SAY MORE?! Ugh this book honestly had me at the edge of my seat just reading back to back chapters just trying to figure WHAT was going to happen next! It was honestly borderline psychologically romantic the way Cas was toying with Will through anonymous texting (if you consider that a romantic gesture). But you know what? I was sooo down for it. But in all seriousness, if you're looking for a book to make you gasp out loud, look no further.

The amount of cameos we got in this book had me SCREAMING! It was so incredibly amazing to see everyone coming together as one big dysfunctional family again!
We got absolutely FED. Alice was giving us action and mystery with the most absurd amount of hilarious moments ever. Ellis is such a sweetheart; we finally FINALLY get someone who's "normal" in this chaotic group, and I'm so glad he got paired with Tavish. Because they work, Mr. Big and Strong with Mr. Sweetheart is always such a good combination.
