This was not a book that will tell you how to get out of depression. This was a book filled with a reasons to stay alive written by someone who was wanting to die.

Although this book wasn't written by a psychiatrist or psychologist I found this helpful. Reading a book written by someone who had been through the same thing as me giving me a sense of calmness.

I may not get tips on how to overcome depression from a professional, but I can found reasons to not drowning in it.

This time Percy went to a quest in a labyrinth. To be honest I kinda bored in the first few pages cuz they just wandered around that maze. But here's the things that made me keep going.

Tysooon!! That boy was so precious, I really love his innocence yet optimistic character.

The prophecy. Usually they told the prophecy before going to the quest, but for this book Annabelle won't tell the full prophecy. It made me dead curious!

Pan! After 4 books they finally have a lead on his whereabouts😭

Yes this book was an easy 5 stars! Characters, world building, and plot are amazing! Most of all, the battle was epic!

After 3 books the mysteries finally solved! Am I satisfied? No, I think it can fit in 1 book. There's so many unnecessary plot:( Still it deserves 3 star cuz I've been rating the first two books 2 star.

One thing I really wanna talk about is how gross and unappealing the main couple was. I mean.. the girl wear used clothes she picked from the floor and the boy wear tattered sweater and busted Rolex.. eww

The plot was okay. Not really intriguing and enjoyable. But I'm glad that Stevie's friends didn't betray her.

Does this series worth your time? No, you should just read the first 2 books recap and skip to this book instead.

A River in Darkness: One Man's Escape from North Korea, by Masaji Ishikawa

This book pretty much explained how life was in North Korea as a Japanese returnee. I always like memoir, especially the one with historical elements. I also love the writing cuz it full of new knowledge.

Rather than the escape, there are more stories about the author condition before and during his life in North Korea. Even though the escape was not that heroic, the author's life was already miserable enough there. It made my blood boil.

I actually read this because season 2 of the Netflix series will be airing in 2 months. I already watch the series and to be honest it was pretty boring but I still like it.

I decided to read the book cuz usually books are better than movies, right? But for this one.. it's a no. The plot was boring as hell. I ended up skimming it without caring if I miss some scenes.

I must admit the world building was spectacular, though I have trouble keeping up with all the new phrases since I'm new to Grishaverse. I have the printed copy of SoC, so I'll probably continue this series. I hope it'll get better:')

How hard it is to be a woman? You'll stay in home playing with the kids and enjoy the hard-earned money from your husband. Well if you ever wonder like that, read this book and you'll find the answers.

This book really made my blood boil. Kim Jiyoung endured a lot. She have many things to talk back yet she hold it on the tip of her tongue. I'm glad she has her mother and her husband.

I actually love this book, but it was too short. I want to read moreee of Jiyoung's stories. I tried to watch the movie after I finished this book, and it was so good too!

Would you travel in time if the trip can last only as long as it takes for the coffee to get cold? But, you can't change the present, that's the rules.

I actually don't have many things to write here, I JUST LOVE THE BOOK. Heartwarming and full of lessons. Telling the stories of regrets and hopes with excellent writing!! All the characters are loveable and every stories are meaningful.

Just like a fresh served coffee, this book will lift your stress away and warm your heart.
