Keeps referring to Tolkien as Ronald, which I believe is unprofessional and borderline disrespectful. And repeatedly tries to apply contemporary views to old ways of life. Also, confusingly, attempts to claim Tolkien was ‘xenophobic’ towards the French. Has this person met the English (and for that matter, the French)?

Felt clumsily written. Details that were meant to have shock value and make one feel uncomfortable fell flat and felt crude.
