This is the first brigderton book im reading,Im all caught up with the netflix series .I decided to give the books a chance starting with the youngest of the sibling Hyacinth .The story is ok and the couple has good chemistry although it has a miscommunication part that i believe all books have it.The story also has a bit of a mystery which got me intriged but i must add that in the ending
i was pretty dessapointed since the main characters didnt learn what exactly happend

A greek myth that im really familiar with. Some parts of the story were kind of boring for me or generaly. When they were in Troy i believe some parts could be avoided and the book would be much faster im pace .Also i believe that achilles didnt saw much of his love to patroclus until much later at the end of the story.Apart from that i really liked the way the author writes the story i believe it adds a bit of romanticism and realsim at the same time, most human relationships in this book are pretty realist .
i recommend if you enjoy retellings of myths and idk gays

Ok so... firstly im not a native english speaker so when i decided to read persuasion in english when im not customed to reading in english was ,lets say a mistake. There wer some parts were i got confused with the storyline and even the charactrers but i knew what was going on i just dont remember details.A big part of my misunderstandment was because i was so "excited" to read a book at its "original" language but i should have started with a more modern book.(i may reread this in the future just to see if it kicks differently)

omg omg omg i love death note i just love it.This manga has a collection of stories there are 4 parts the first part is a story of the character that is shown on the cover that is taking place some years after the original death note story took place. The second part is a mini comic about L .The third part are also small store about the main death note cast (which are hilarious). And the last part i believe it either takes place in an altarnative universe or some years prior to the main story which means the public doesnt know about the existance of the notebook

I dont know how to feel about this book.At the start i found it a bit boring but then it got really interesting .I got confused with the names but thats mainly because its explained weirdly in my native language .Now for the plot, when i firstly read the synopsis i though it would be crime based but its a lot more than that ,the plot circles around eleonora of aquitania and her life after her father death the duke of aquitania .As the story goes on it talks about eleonors life as a duchess and as a queen of he french court while simutlaneously trying to uncover her father death ,how and why he got murdered.
Sometimes the story is interupted by another persons story which is important later on as the story is ending
.The perspective also changes between eleonora and her husband Ludovicus VII but its mainly on eleonors .The plot sometimes furthers apart from the main poiont which is the murder of her father and focuses on her life and some important political instances which i dont mind

I dont know how to feel about this book.I believe that this isnt one o xenopoulos best literary pieces.
.Basically what is going on is there are two families that the athers have know each other for a long time and they secretly decide that the one father ,who has a daughter and the other father who has two sons are going to marry their children but as you know the girl can only take one boy.The story talks about the girl who isnt exactly sure who she want to marry and the brothers who love the girl the same but they have to live with the decision she makes.
the story at some points i think got a little repeatative and at some other points i got bored .but i liked the premise and the message that it sends

A very interesting story .I used to study latin in school and we covered a bit of ancient rome history so i became interested in it.When i came across this book at a library i got a little excited because i learnt about caligula through a text that i did. When i read the story omg i was so invested .the narration was through his sisters lense so it was interesting to see how you can see a person change through out the years and what can political power do to you.
