Very wholesome gay love. I really enjoyed the main character, Felipe. All of the characters were super cute tho!! need more backstory with characters tho
I Wish You All the Best by Mason Deaver

this book was super cute :) only rated 4 stars, though because the wording was often confusing for me and sometimes i had to go back and see if i missed something. also a little bit of a predictable ending. but an enjoyable read, still :)

ok normally I give good reviews on things but man this book kinda blows. I was really looking forward to it because the description was rly appealing, but the ending just sucked and I honestly did not like the main character. she was very fatphobic and also just really negative about any other character she viewed or was describing.
sometimes I felt for Vesta because she had a really shitty husband, but that still didn't make me feel better about her and the way she viewed the world.
I also wish there was more closure on some plot points because I really didn't like being left wondering why certain plot points happened. I felt like I often missed parts of the story even when I reread portions to double check.

On Earth We're Briefly Gorgeous by Ocean Vuong

beautifully written. I think if I want to experience this book again, I will listen to the audiobook version so I can hear Ocean narrate it.
The descriptions of Little Dog's small town really hit close to home for me. I also loved the parts where Ocean described the weather and not only connected it to experiences they had but also their mother and grandmother had.

This book was so good. it interlaced multiple stories together effortlessly and was paired with very beautiful art. I really enjoyed this book
The Push by Ashley Audrain

Ok I am marking it as read but I only read like 3/4ths of it. idk just like felt rly drawn out and long ... I'm rly bad at keeping focus on books that feel like the same theme is just being repeated .

what the fuck why did she have to kill her cat so bad and why did the author keep describing the dead cat
