Three Women by Lisa Taddeo

It was a hard read through countless moments. Even if some of the characters were questionable or unlikable actions there were points where I personally identified with each one or have known a women to confide in varying action. It did leave me wanting more but I know they're still living their lives so you're not going to get a neatly finished story. I did want answers on how they resolved though.

I just really want this to be a series. The audio portion was captivating. The dialoge was believable, the build up and world building was so beautiful. 
I was suggested this from an Instagram post of reading more POC authors books especially in the fantasy genre.

I enjoyed the characters especially Siah. It was a slow read for me and I kind of got lost and distracted throughout the book, since I'm use to more fast paced action packed plots. 
I will continue since it's a trilogy but it may take me a bit to get to the next book.
