I went into this thinking it was a young adult book, but boy it is not. It is a fun story about Phoebe Matthews and her quest to be on the US Women's National soccer team. I felt like a few of the issues that were brought up didn't need to be in the story. Aside from that, I think it was a fun and definite spicy rom-com. 4 stars.

Okay, this was a weird book. This story follows Yasmine and Rafay after a tragedy has destroyed their small town. Rafay is not from Moonlight Bay, their little town. He came there 10 years ago when his hometown was destroyed. Circumstances have led Rafay to believe that he couldn't fall in love with Yasmine, but sometimes love is stronger than circumstances. When Rafay's world starts to fall apart due to lies, he finds that maybe what he has put aside really shouldn't have been. With a bit of fantasy mixed with a teen romance, this story was very interesting. Thank you, NetGalley, for the eARC. 4 stars.

I loved this. It was such a cute, fun, fall/Halloween read. The characters were great as was the story line. I always love a good rom-com with some magic built in. Thank you, NetGalley for the eARC. 4 stars.

I absolutely loved this book. It was such a unique take on the haunted house theme. I couldn't put it down.

I loved the first book, so I was so looking forward to this one. I had no idea that it was a prequel. I was bummed when I figured that out because I wanted to pick back up where the first book ended. Getting to see the beginning of Viv's story got better the more I read. I love all these characters and the world that Travis builds. Thank you for the ARC, I loved it. 4 stars.

This book is difficult for me to review. I had a hard time getting into the story, but I didn't want to stop reading it. It was an interesting story with some weird story lines. I can't figure out what made me not completely like it. 3.5 stars.

Weiner is another one of my go-to authors. I love everything she writes. The Breakaway was another fun ride through acceptance and self-love. Abby is asked to lead a bike trip when the guide has had to back out. She didn't realize that one of the riders happened to be a recent hookup. To make matters worse, her mom shows up unexpectedly to take the bike trip as well. Tensions fly, and feelings heat back up. So much fun. Thank you, NetGalley for the eARC. 4 stars.
