A few of my faves…..
“The moment I put my hands on you, you’re mine. I won’t lie to you and say that I won’t be possessive because I will be. Being mine means I will cut the hand, or any other offending body part, off anyone who thinks they have the right to touch you. I am intense at times, yes, but your happiness will always be my priority.”
“Pretty sure you are the best alarm clock out there. Alarm
c*ck, if you will.”
“Sometimes life is painful. Sometimes it’s more painful for others for no apparent reason. We can’t control the bad things that people do to us, but we can control how we react to them.”
This book was full of twists and turns, but it is soooo good! Mattia was made for Aurora. He was so good to her from the beginning. He is everything she needed, to heal from her trauma. Trauma brought on by the hands of her “family”. Aurora’s best friend Kaia, is amazing. She was truly there for her through everything.
In the end, everything Aurora went through, lead her to so many people that love her. I can’t wait to read the rest of this series!

This is my first book that I’ve read by Roxy…. And it was so good! I didn’t want to put it down. Dean and Octavia are perfect together! At first I wasn’t sure about Dean, but then I was so glad that Octavia gave him a second chance.

Oh man, this book was an emotional roller coaster 🎢
Tyrone and Eva are so perfect together, and I love that they could be there for each other through their traumas. Most of all, they got their revenge together, in ways that so many survivors, deserve and wish they could get.
* Must read the Trigger Warnings. This is a dark romance*

Very dark, but so good! Poor Amara, dealt with so much. Zander is absolutely incredible for taking care of her and sticking around through it all. Diego is the best friend that anyone can ask for. Overall, I’m so happy that Amara got her HEA, as well as the justice that she deserves.

This one is seriously my favorite out of the whole series! It had just the right amount of darkness without being too dark, but it still had all the spice! I like that it was a crime/ detective type plot as well. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series!

First of all, make sure you read the trigger warnings. There is very detailed SA.
Next, HOT DAMN! The spice is extra spicy! 🌶️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
The story was amazing. Once I started, I could not put it down. I loved the characters, and it kept you hooked. It was full of so much emotion. You could feel the good, the bad, and the ugly. I was so happy that Sadie made it through her trauma, with the help of her 3 boyfriends, as well as her friends. In the end, Sadie took control. She is 100% a bad a$$!
Looking forward to reading more of Emily’s books!

Jeremiah actually seems manipulative in this one. And the ending… W T H. I cried. But also, the ending just wasn’t enough. I’m trying not to spoil anything, but nothing else, with Jeremiah’s and Belly’s event being cancelled? Then straight into Belly and Conrad? It was almost disappointing.
