Not Yet Married: The Pursuit of Joy in Singleness and Dating, by Marshall Segal

A good book for whatever stage of life you are in. The author points back to the Bible constantly, and is honest and open about important topics. I can relate in many ways, as I was single for a long time.
The Screwtape Letters, by C.S. Lewis

I was stuck between either 3 or 4 stars. It was good, but I thought it would be better...after all I had heard about it. Or maybe just the style of letters made it hard for me to find a good flow.
The Hobbit, by J.R.R. Tolkien

It’s funny the parts I relate to, since returning from Bulgaria to America. For example, how Bilbo returns home and isn’t the same person anymore. Also, how he finds his house up for auction and nothing the same as how he remembered. In the same way, where I grew up doesn’t feel the way it used to.
Miracles, by C.S. Lewis

I will give it 4 stars, but sometimes it was over my head. It felt like a book meant to be read in college, and taken very slowly. Still, there are some great points, and it’s still worth the read. I’m glad I didn’t give up on it, after struggling at first.
