Did not finish book. Stopped at 60%.
I felt the characters were too stereotypical, the “message” of the story too obvious. I think the conflict ran out of steam somewhere halfway through the book—it had a strong beginning, but eventually I couldn’t really see where the plot was going, or even how the author would potentially finish the book. It didn’t keep my interest after long.
