Reading up the original mistborn trilogy was such a chore. Honestly way too over hyped. The first book was decent enough. The second was unbearable and this thirs on only tried to redeem the previous one with the last few pages.
Honestly, this might has put me off from reading anything else from Sanderson. The characters are sometimes interesting, sure, but the plot was a bad attempt at political intrigue and Christianity based au fan fiction.
I can see people getting enjoyment from this, but I'd never recommend it.

informative reflective
I thought I'd read a more philosophical book, but this was more of a practical analysis of the russian socialist movement in last decades of the 19th century.
It was a bit confusing to get into, because of the names Lenin refers to all the time, but it was nothing a quick google search didn't fix.
