I liked the concept but it felt so dry. I didn’t  understand what was happening or any of the motives, it had potential to be better but was underwhelmed

Reminder that you can read anything you want at any age. And getting back into goosebumps is the best choice. Not my favorite story but a standard good time

It left me with a feeling but I think it may be due to the translation of it. Stuff happened I guess

I don’t think I fully grasped the situation and the world in this but it did leave me with something. To me this book was about purpose, trying to find what makes you happy, trying to answer all the questions you have, and hoping that as you get older things will getter better, clearer. I’m sure that I’ll be thinking about this book for a while, and have my own questions. Just not sure if I want them answered.

While I’m a little biased with this review, since Walter was my dramaturgy professor, and I do hold the first ever signed copy by him. It is safe to say that the two authors create a dramaturgy book that leaves no stone unturned. While I may not use all of the things I’ve read, I’ll definitely find myself flipping back to gain a better understanding of what it means to be a dramaturg, a good dramaturg.

I liked it. But it’s one of those classics that was definitely extremely profound at the time. But now it feels like he’s just saying whatever and then inserts a powerful quote about life or people.  But this is gayyyyyyy

They started introducing certain things and mentioning the year and such. I was like “no way they’re doing this” and they did. That’s as spoiler free as I can make it. Girllllll

I was halfway through and went. “This isn’t gonna be about

Right?” And it was somehow

Happy to read some horror that isn’t written by a man, cause I’m sick of the over description of women’s bodies. I will say that I liked it with the jumping between two characters and how each of them interpret the weird shit happening around them. But it left me with a shit ton of unanswered questions that I thought would be resolved. Ending just felt a bit rushed

Interesting premise would’ve liked to see it fully fleshed out. But also Grady what is with the unnecessary descriptions of a woman’s body

I think the beginning and ends of this book are nice. The middle is just dragging most of the time and it’s evident at many points that this is a male writer. It’s a cool concept and enjoyable enough though. Happy to finish this after putting it off for a while
