So I was casually scrolling Instagram and saw C.M. Guidroz talking about her newly released book Enchanted Entrails and she mentioned Orges and suction and I was intrigued. I binged the hell out of it and it was what I wanted and more! There’s a witch, Hot Orge (with something special downstairs), revenge, intestines used to bind her wrists, lots of blood. And the spicy is extra fun because who doesn’t want to bang in the blood of their enemies?  This is the perfect spooky season read. It’s under 200 pages and the ending had me screaming, so please let there be more!!

Just like I devoured Grimstone, I absolutely binged Monarch. We got a peek of Atlas in Grimstone and I was intrigued by Dane’s giant of a brother and owner of Monarch. Monarch follows Elena, a 27 woman from Ukraine who met Lorne at a wife swap. Lorne brought Elena over to Grimstone on a fiancé visa, which means they have 90 days to marry. When Elena meets Atlas, the owner of the Monarch, there was a spark. I don’t usually read thrillers but Monarch really made me love it. Can I say new genre unlocked. The relationship that Elena made with Lorne’s daughter Ivy was probably my favorite part. Even though Ivy didn’t really speak Elena spent time and learned about her. I had no idea what was going to happen next. Is Lorne a good guy? Is Atlas? Who did that to Elena’s room? If you looking for a great spooky season read, then this book is for you.

Oh my gosh, I don’t think I could have been more caught up in You Beautiful Thing You, than I was. The whole book was an absolute roller coaster of emotions, from hate to lust to love. I wondered if this was gonna be spicy, and oh man was it ever.  In high school, Tempest had a crush on her brother soccer enemy,  Ledger . She never expected for him to return her feelings. And years later when she was put in to a desperate situation by her father she knew that she wanted a piece of Ledger to take with her. There was so much emotion in this book and it truly pulled me in and I had no choice but devour this book in one sitting. There’s a lot of twist, turns and back and forth, I was on the edge the entire book. I’m just glad I got my HEA.

What is it about two totally unhinged people being in love that just does it for me. If you read No Way Out you saw what kinda of madness Camila and Demetri can get up to. And in No Way Back Santana Knox kept the bloody times coming. But instead of a corn maze it was a creepy “haunted” prison with real prisoners. Was this gory? You bet cha. Was it kinda disturbing? Umm yeah. Was it also kinda funny when they talked about how Mila was disappointed about the overhyped dead ween? Yup, I was cackling.
If you want a quickly gory spooky season read, then you found it. This was wild and crazy in the best way. The ending had me screeching because we might get more!! Yes, yes please. Give it to us Santana.

Oh man was I excited when I heard we finally get a book for Caitlin and Callen. We all know Callen is a giant hunk of football player hotness and he has all the “skills” you would expect from him. And watching how Caitlin demanded that he give in to her and how super spicy things were between them. I love how Caitlin is so stubborn and will not accept anything but what she deserves (we can all take a page out of her book). But Bella knows how to toss out curve balls so things aren’t all rainbows and unicorns. We see heartbreak (for both of them), we see love and second chances and we see happily ever after. I swear every book that Bella Matthew’s writes becomes my new favorite.

Oh my gosh from the very beginning I was emotional invested in Harper and Levi’s story. Almost every girl has had their heartbroken at some point and you never forget that feeling.  And then you have Levi, an actual good man who did everything for Harper without her knowing. He broke both of their hearts so she could have the future she deserved. Rebel Heart ticked all the boxes for me, it has an incredible story, amazing characters but it was also spicy as hell. Watching how they each called each other’s bluffs was so fun to read. The narrators Zachary Johnson and Lucy Rivers fit these characters perfectly.  Let me tell you Zachary’s voice is super sexy and kinda gruff. Swoon!

I can’t imagine being so in love with someone that I couldn’t have, that I would hook up with people that resemble them. But George or “Huggie” did what he had to do to get by. The way Huggie loved Melanie but kept it to himself for years had my heart breaking for him. The love and support she got from him was nothing less than perfection. Watching Mel and Huggie figure out how to make things works kept me on the edge of my seat. I cant tell you enough how much I loved this book. It was 100% emotional for me and my poor heart is thankful I got my HEA.

When Gianna went to visit her father at work and was mistaken by her father’s boss as a model, her whole life flipped upside down. Auburn Bouvier was kinda a jerk and everyone at company his was afraid of him, I’d be too. Auburn was instantly attracted to Gianna, but seeing her interact with others blew him away. Gianna is diabetic and passed out at the gala due to her blood sugar and Auburn jumped in to action to take care of her. He took her to his apartment and got all the supplies she might need once she woke. From there the connection between these two grew and grew. They kept seeing each other in secret because Gianna didn’t want to tell her dad since Auburn was his boss.  The heart on Gianna was probably my favorite thing about her, she was kinda and thoughtful to everyone around her. And her kindness opened up Aubrun’s eyes , and changed him for the better. I don’t want to give away too much but there is so much to this amazing story and lots of yummy spice. And that cliffhanger! I was screaming!! I downloaded book 2 Love Without Influence because I need to know what happens next.
Emma Wilder as Gianna was the perfect fit, she fully captured the warmness of her. And JF Harding was the perfect cocky, no nonsense Auburn. Together they brought to life an incredible story of Gianna and Auburn.

I was absolutely pulled in to Play the game from the first chapter. Scottie and Emory were true enemies to lovers, because yeah she kinda tired to blackmail him with a doctored picture. Emory had a bad wrap for a situation that he didn’t start and he thought that marrying Scottie would help clear up his reputation. What neither of them saw coming was falling in love. Scottie had a stray cat she fed outside her club and when Emory found out he brought Shutter the cat to his house for her, because he’s a big scary teddy bear deep down. Scottie was dealt a crappy hand in life but still managed to be a loving, selfless person. Scottie was an onion and watching Emory peel back each layer and finding something new to love was so swoony.

When He Reads to Me surprised me from the beginning. Lissie was a very sweet but broken girl who married a trash older man who treated her like she was worthless. She made a lot of mistakes but turned herself around which was an amazing feat due to her circumstances. Milo is the President of the local MC and when Lissie’s husband Cody wanted supply from the MC, Milo made sure that Lissie was part of the deal. And I know what your thinking, he wanted her for spicy sleep. But no, she came to the club house and read to him! You read that right! When she finally leaves her crap show of a husband she finds herself free to be drawn to Milo. And can it get better? Heck yeah, because he starts reading to her (spicy romance) and they act out the scenes!! I devoured When He Reads to Me and it left me panting for more!
