Wonderfully written. Nefertiti was always one of my favorite queens to learn about in school, and even though the story is told from her sister's point of view, it was full of insight into the life of "the Heretic Queen."

I don't read a lot of historical fiction, but I was absolutely hooked with this book. I finished it in about a day and a half after reading [b:Nefertiti|481446|Nefertiti|Michelle Moran|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1320449831s/481446.jpg|2897082] by the same author. Very beautifully written, and Michelle Moran went to great lengths to be as true to history as possible.
