Very informative. As someone who struggles with disordered eating (& therapist says unspecified ED) this book helped me understand the biological ramifications of my eating choices. Author is inclusive to help & really helped me understand a lot of what's going on with me from a medical standpoint--especially because so many IRL doctors ignore me when I tell them I'm restrictive.

The book was a fun collection of essays. While reading, I felt pretty inspired. This book helped remind me of all the beauty and stillness and connection in nature.

Jodi, Jodi, Jodi. This book stressed me out and about half-way through I wanted to throw it. For sure mentions of COVID lockdown, so be prepared.

The romance was just too quick paced for me.
