This book was hard to get through. Only because the plot was so heartbreaking. I loved the characters and their love for each other. As well as their love for each other and wanting to be strong for one another. It was great and I’m glad that they’re happy doing what drives them. Together.

This was my second time reading this book and I sill love it so much. I loved the story and the characters. I loved how their relationship was growing into something so amazing. Their moments were so cute and I fell in love with Arafel. Everything that was coming out of his mouth made me smile. I’m also in love with Lucia and how she handles Arafel. This was a great romance and I can’t wait to read the second book and find out about his brothers.

This was a re-read for me, but It felt like I was reading this book for the first time. I really love the character growth that they go through and still need to go through. I love their relationship with each other and their need to protect each other. It was very entertaining, even more so, the second time. I enjoyed the plot and the magic system along with the characteristics of the other creatures.

This was an excellent story that involved something I didn’t think I would find interesting and scary. It has the perfect creepiness as well that just gets you hooked. And it’s based off of Edgar Allen Poe, what more could you want?!

This is technically the second time reading this book. I should do that more often because I understood and noticed things more the second run through. I love this book and the story and characters. The ending was bittersweet but understandable.
